Shipping policy

Each Riverman Customs call is handcrafted by Eddie. Due to extremely high demand for calls, delivery times may vary by product, depending on current inventory. If you are concerned about the delivery timeline, please be sure to reach out to us. You can trust that your order will be processed and delivered as quickly as possible. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using either US Postal Service or UPS. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of the products purchased. 

Whenever possible we will provide a tracking number for your package. We are not responsible for lost packages via any shipping carrier if insurance is not purchased for your package. If insurance is required please call our facility to place your order as additional charges are necessary for insuring your order.
