Two years of design, development, and testing went into this line of trumpets, and they are truly pure turkey. They were specifically designed for hunters who prefer a more "old-school, traditonal" style turkey trumpet. Unlike the Riverman Customs "Young Harlot" and "Ole Ho" trumpets, the RMC Nostalgics have a step-drilled internal baffle system, consisting of 5 steps, and they utlilize an acrylic mouthpiece instead of brass. They are available in cherry, walnut, and spalted red oak and include a matching wood lipstop. Mouthpiece colors may vary slightly sometimes according to material availability.
